Due to the long investment time of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification integrated equipment of coke oven, denitrification efficiency and effect are not ideal. Combined with my rich work experience, I led the team members to independently implement the activation of integrated catalyst for desulfurization and denitrification by constantly exploring the temperature control methods of the chamber. By changing the operation regulation of the hot blast stove to the regulation of the opening degree of the hot air valve at the entrance of the chamber, the flexible adjustment of the activated chamber temperature can be achieved in a "clever" way, and the 340℃ chamber temperature and holding time required for catalyst activation can be controlled in a "precise" way. After catalyst activation, the denitrification efficiency of coke oven flue gas is increased from less than 50% before analysis to more than 90%, the functional accuracy of environmental protection equipment is improved, and nitrogen oxide emission is guaranteed. At the same time, the catalyst replacement cycle is delayed, and the cost of replacing catalyst materials and outsourcing construction is about 5 million yuan.

Trick: "virtual and real linkage" to keep the line

"The loading position is responsible for the whole process operation of the raw fuel from the mine tank to the furnace, including the main control room and the two parts under the tank. Post personnel need to manually fine-tune according to the actual situation in addition to the set automatic program, and strive to meet the requirements of various parameters, in addition to basic theoretical knowledge, but also test personal operating experience. The core operating index of the blast furnace "cloth accuracy" in addition to the reasonable opening of the material flow valve is related to the weight of each tank, the smaller the weight fluctuation of each tank, the higher the accuracy of the cloth, and the fluctuation of the weight is closely related to the control of the feeding speed of the vibrating screen and the feeder, the more stable the feeding speed, the more stable the weight control. Therefore, I will adjust the feeding speed of the vibrating screen under the groove according to the value monitored by the observation computer program to ensure the accurate weighing of each batch of materials. At the same time, I will manually set the opening of the feeding valve according to the value fluctuation of the weight of the weighing tank of the blast furnace to ensure that the distributing time and the weight of each gear are within the required range. The "virtual and real linkage" between operation procedure and field equipment is used to reduce the influence of load fluctuation on blast furnace condition.

Trick: Crane operation "one meter electricity"

The operation area of the steel mill is responsible for the operation and maintenance management of 38 vehicles, most of which have large load weight tonnage, high motor power and frequent operation, and are the "big customers" of power consumption in the steel mill. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the car and effectively reduce power consumption, we use lean management thinking, tools and methods to implement positioning management for each car, and take positioning marks for the big car and the main and auxiliary hooks to ensure that the staff operate the car in one step, do not do useless work, save "one meter of electricity", such as when the heavy load of the car with a load of 380 tons. If the main hook exceeds the lifting height of 1 meter, and then resume operation to the required height, the power consumption is about 10 degrees; If the truck runs 1 meter more, and then returns to the required position, it needs about 2 degrees more power, increasing the production cost. By implementing the operation of driving positioning, we not only improve the working efficiency, but also effectively reduce the production cost.
