The factory starts from "fine" and "lean", builds two data models of energy management data and statistical analysis, and establishes a refined energy control system. Each unit, each region, each shift and each post finds and corrects anomalies in time according to energy efficiency data, and constantly improves the level of energy independent control. The plant through the "reduce the power consumption of steelmaking process" and "improve the converter gas recovery", the converter process energy consumption decreased by 8.7% compared with last year, the gas recovery increased by 4.35%, and the cost reduction effect was remarkable.
