In the face of daily work, Wang Feng is still in awe and feeling pressure. In Wang's opinion, the secret to relieving stress is to study hard. Shortly after joining the work, Wang Feng picked up textbooks again, concentrated on studying and studying professional books on steel rolling, combined front-line production and professional knowledge, and enriched knowledge and broadened perspective in practice. When the workers around him pay attention to the visible production data of temperature, speed, and reduction, he has begun to conduct detailed research on crystal structure, alloy phase transformation, mechanical properties, and so on, and has thoroughly explored the principle of "invisible".

In 2016, he signed up to participate in the construction of the boutique base, and participated in the installation and commissioning of the world-class 2050mm hot continuous rolling production line, cold heat test and later production and efficiency work. Faced with the new automatic control technology, piles of technical documents, and operation panels full of English letters, Wang Feng has taken out his "hard bone" patience, familiar with the actual status of every function of the equipment during the day with foreign personnel, and carried the translated materials home bit by bit at night. His English level is not high, but he has memorized every process icon words on the operation panel, so he has played these "foreign things" into "localization".
With the original heart of "like rolling steel", he has worked in this post for 30 years, and 30 years of perseverance has forged his tough character and exquisite technology. With the continuous improvement of production efficiency, a series of key technical problems restricting production and quality such as acid pickling steel head and tail oxide sheet pressing, rolling piece scratches, steel coil head folding, thick specification products rolling card steel came one after another, as a steel rolling monitor, he nibbling "hard bones", during that time, the commute from work to more than an hour, in order to save time, he simply ate and lived in the factory, For this reason, he failed to accompany his daughter who wanted to take the college entrance examination, leaving behind a lot of complaints from his daughter.
