Dr. Zhao, as a research and development collaborator of cold rolling, is committed to the research and development of non-degreasing and high-clean surface welding wire steel products in the project "Cost reduction and incremental efficiency Improvement of flux-cored wire steel". With his unremitting efforts, Baosteel's advanced leveling liquid modification technology was successfully introduced into Rizhao Company, which injected strong impetus into our product upgrading.

Since joining the collaboration, Dr. Zhao Yanliang has been teaching everything he has learned. In the trial preparation stage of non-defatting high clean surface products, he combined with the actual characteristics of Rizhao company's continuous production line, and put forward a number of constructive suggestions for the trial production program. On the day of production line trial production, Dr. Zhao Yanliang has a number of work tasks, but he still squeezed out valuable time to personally go to Rizhao Company on-site guidance from Shanghai. In the production process, he has no expert shelf, and takes the trouble to shuttle between the operating platform, export inspection platform, flat machine and underground hydraulic station, comprehensively monitoring the process data, and guiding the field adjustment parameters at any time.
Recently, under the careful guidance of Baosteel experts led by Dr. Zhao Yanliang, 48 tons of test rolls were successfully rolled off the company's No. 2 continuous production line, the product surface was in good condition, and the entire trial production process was smooth. However, before he had time to savor the joy of success, Dr. Zhao Yanliang was already on his way to the airport to join the urgent call of his next job. In this day of coordination, Dr. Zhao Yanliang did not even have time to eat a meal, either at the scene or on the way to the scene.
