The surface topography control of automobile plate was developed, and the surface fineness of strip steel was greatly improved. The control technology of automobile plate ribbing is developed to solve the problem of wave shape on the edge of automobile deep drawing steel coil after it is taken.

After the implementation of the project, a number of products filled the blank in Shandong province, the stable supply of products to well-known automobile enterprises at home and abroad, the project published 2 papers, declared 13 invention patents, including 11 authorized, and created economic benefits of hundreds of millions of yuan in nearly 3 years.

The unmanned intelligent control system based on the whole process of rolling line has been widely used in 33 vehicles of the company's hot rolled finished product warehouse, cold rolled raw material warehouse, cold rolled intermediate warehouse, pickling finished product warehouse and cold rolled finished product warehouse, meeting the intelligent and efficient production needs of the company and various production plants, and realizing the connection between the system and the company's core system at all levels. While greatly improving work efficiency, It achieves the effect of "double unmanned" on the driving ground in the reservoir area, optimizes 135 people, and achieves cost reduction and efficiency increase.

Research and application of galvanized biphase steel with enhanced formability

The project aims to realize the research and development and industrial application of enhanced formable galvanized biphase steel products, reduce the manufacturing cost of 600MPa grade galvanized biphase steel, and realize the breakthrough and industrialization of the key technology of enhanced formable galvanized biphase steel steelmaking - hot rolling - cold rolling to user application; The process design method of (PF+AF+P) three-phase hot rolling initial mixed structure is innovated, and residual γ structure is introduced into the matrix structure, so that it can meet the strength requirements and have good performance in elongation and porosity. The surface quality control of 2.5mm ultimate thickness hot-dip galvanized high strength steel is realized through the design of pre-oxidation-reduction process.
The project has 11 authorized invention patents and 4 papers published in Chinese core journals, and the overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level. At the same time, the HC330/590DHD+Z has been successfully applied to a number of domestic automobile OEM and accessory factories.

Research and application of key technology of quality control of automotive steel in RH single process of cold rolling

The project relies on the integration of sales, research, production and application to promote the research and application of key technologies for quality control of cold-rolled RH single process automotive steel. In view of problems such as inclusion correction, poor sheet shape and poor stamping matching, the research on inclusion control technology in steelmaking, foreign body pressing in hot rolling, surface quality of cold rolling and automatic sealing system were carried out, and the Product Defect Map and Product Process Case Manual of thin sheet were established and improved, and the integrated process stability technology of high-end cold rolled automotive steel was finally formed. The high quality, high efficiency, low cost and stable mass production of cold-rolled RH single coupling process steel DC04, DC06 and other products are widely used in car roof, door and other parts, and the product quality meets the needs of car users.

During the project, the cumulative sales volume exceeded one million tons, creating better economic and social benefits, promoting the improvement of the key process technology of the whole series of steel used in cold-rolled RH single-coupled process for automobile stamping. It has stable mechanical properties, good surface quality and plate profile quality, and high dimensional accuracy, and has formed a mature and stable production process of steelmaking, hot rolling, cold rolling and continuous regression. It has good promotion and application value.
